ZPC Gaming upholds the highest standard of quality for each of our products. We guarantee that the quality of all our merchandise will meet or exceed expectations. Every effort is made to ensure your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange.

Product exchanges are only available for products that you received in a defective or damaged condition or when a different product than what you ordered was incorrectly sent to you. Any self-inflicting damage done by the customer isn’t part of the return policy or 1 year warranty.

Return and Replacement Under Warranty
The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received. Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect it. We will send you an email to confirm that your item has been received, and then follow up with another email once the application has been processed to let you know your return was approved. If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment. A refund will be processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the return, and the refund may take up to 8-12 weeks to go back to the customer’s payment source.

All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.


To return or exchange an item, please follow these instructions:
You will need to obtain a Return Ticket ID before sending your returned item back to ZPC Gaming. Please contact us either by email or phone to receive the return instructions.
● If contacting by email: Please email info@zpcgaming.com your order number and the request for a refund or an exchange. We will then email you Return Ticket ID and shipping instructions.
● If contacting by phone: Please have your order number ready and call us at 3302470637 to obtain the Return Ticket ID.
A Package without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted for refund.

Damaged Items
Using a proprietary packaging process, we ensure that more than 99.7% of packages arrive in the same flawless condition they left our warehouse. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged product, please file a claim with our support team via info@zpcgaming.com. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund via voucher or bank transfer depending on your selected option, and this cannot be changed after the option has been registered by our CS Team.

Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’ll be glad to exchange the item for a new one. These items must meet our return criteria of being in a saleable condition upon return to ZPC Gaming. Once the items have been received and inspected by us, the items that need to be exchanged will be sent out to the customer.

Return Shipping
After you’ve submitted a return request to info@zpcgaming.com, we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix it to your package. You are not responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.

While we strive to have no mistakes, we realize that we are not perfect, and mistakes do happen. If the wrong or defective item was shipped, please let us know immediately, and we will correct the situation at our expense. We will send the correct items along with a return label for shipping the incorrect item back to our warehouse.

Shipping Information
We do not offer free shipping except on non computer items, and it takes 3 days to process an order. Computers however take longer as they are built from scratch when ordered and can take up to two weeks to build, but typically less. After processing time your item will be delivered in 3-5 business days.

Delivery Time
The delivery time quoted with each shipping option on our website is an estimate based on averages provided by any carrier we utilize. For shipments outside the USA, the estimated delivery time is dependent upon how quickly a package clears customs and, in some cases, on the performance of in-country delivery services over which we have no control.

All available shipping prices and options will be presented to you when you place your order.

Risk of Loss During Shipment
All items purchased from ZPC Gaming or any of our sales/distribution agents that must be shipped to the customer involve the use of a shipping carrier. These shipping carriers have their own terms and conditions of use, were applicable you agree to the individual shipping contracts. This means that the risk of loss or damages caused during shipping is between you and the shipping company. However in the unlikely event of a lost package or if a package is damaged during shipping we will work with you and the shipping company to resolve the issue.
